WORST COMPANY EVER EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH I was talked into buying floor models washer and dryer and they broke a few months later to only find out that gloom models has no warranty and they told me they did very bad business

Actually getting your furniture and appliances is lacking! There’s is zero communication between the store and the delivery dept. STILL WAITING ON ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED. Bedroom set is INCOMPLETE. I would suggest Lowe’s or Home Depot for appliances and Ashley for furniture. Best Buy for electronics.

This company may be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The store and employees are not the problem, its their corporate offices. Tried reaching out to management, or anyone really, about an issue and was never contacted back. Every time I called I got the same answer. My help desk ticket was turned over to their customer relations dept and I would be getting a call back. Turned in a purchase to Conns service for repair and Conns actually lost the item but still made me pay for the warranty on it. Ive never even heard ... read more
