Don’t buy from this shop. Ordered two weekday pill dispensers online and the item does not match the design advertised (including a completely different design and colour). Also the pill boxes are damaged with huge scratches and fractures in the plastic. Absolute rip off.
My friend who is extremely hard of hearing purchased a phone in May 2022 in good faith hoping that she would be able to communicate with friends, family etc better. The phone worked well until December 2022 when she was unable to charge it. Despite several emails to the Company she has not hd help from them apart from ‘try different’ chargers which she did to no avail. No customer service at all.
If only all companies worked this way!! Excellent service and really helpful staff who explained what I needed to do in layman's terms! I can now hear the TV without my wife having her head blown off!!! Thank you!
