We purchased a house in Arbroath and few years ago from Connelly and Yeoman and wanted to now sell. I live in the USA and my co-owner in Cyprus, but we are both British. I called Connelly and Yeoman and asked if they would like to help sell the property, The lady was very off handed and told me that they would not be able to help unless both of the co-owners went to the Connelly and Yeoman office in Arbroath.
