Paul and Dom were very helpful in selling my much loved family home that I had owned for 30 years, but had been a rental for the last 9 years. Therefore it was in need of some TLC and the suggested asking price reflected this, resulting in many viewings and offers. The agents kept in touch with my conveyancing lawyer (also recommended through Connells and very efficient) as there was quite a long chain, but completion was eventually achieved, for which I was very grateful.
My spouse and I were introduced to Andrew Elliot of Westbury on Trym after a viewing and I must stay that was the best decision we made. From day one till completion was so smooth. He just kept saying, if you do not understand anything, just let me know. His turnaround time was the best as it made our minds be at ease. I will go back to him everytime. I recommend everyone should.
Avoid buying or selling! Fell in love with a property that Isabelle showed me and submitted an offer, Paul Audritt then stepped in and it was all downhill from there. Immediately condescending and difficult to deal with, even felt like he was playing some very questionable games and tactics during negotiations.
