It’s true that selling your home can be a stressful undertaking and Connell’s staff at Werrington could not have been more honest, helpful, supportive and understanding during the sale of my property. Staff reassured me at all stages and gave good advice when requested. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
I have just completed on a house purchase via Connells Werrington. The service levels I received were first class from initial viewing through to an agreed offer and ultimately completion. The branch manager, Jason Markland , progress chased the transaction every week with the solicitors and vendors, kept all parties informed with the result that the transaction was successful. All the staff I spoke to and met were completely switched on from start to finish. I recommend them without reservation.
Even though we didn’t end up selling our property with Connells (the chain sadly fell through — no fault of theirs!), I just want to say the biggest thank you to Jason, Ollie, and Anna. They were amazing from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble. Any changes I asked for, like new photos or price tweaks, were done straight away. We went with Connells Werrington, having moved from another agent. We met with Jason who outlined their terms, promising regular communications, regular changes to our picture format on Rightmove, plus a drive to generate viewings. Communication is key for me. I was somewhat sceptical that it would happen. How wrong was I !!!!!
