We think the ‘modern method’ of property sale that we transacted through ‘I Am Sold’ is the way to go. Just a shame so poorly executed. I Am Sold failed to hold a public auction, something they acknowledged by waiving part of their fees, with Connells (the estate agent partner) negotiating the sale. It was really bad they don’t care about tenants time. So I saw their advertisement on right to move they mentioned 550 PCM per month and I went to view property and tell them to call me back. They call me same day and they were like we will charge you 600PCM how ridiculous it is. I asked reason why you mentioned 550 PCM in your advertisement they were like to attract more tenants. They did a "no obligation" estimate which I appreciate, however in the first year I got weekly calls sometimes twice in same day about selling. I've told them I'm not selling, but continue to get frequent calls. 2 years later I'm still getting frequent calls. It's just too much!! And GDPR breach. when I'm looking to sell, they put me off using them.
