Would give no star if possible, worst experience ever with connells Stourbridge. They let a property without a carbon monoxide or a earth wire in the gas meter. After 4 weeks of lettings the property we started reporting damp. We left after 2 years of fighting connells and the landlord with help from the local council and the property was still riddled with damp. We even went onto BBC radio with the state of the property. We purchased our house recently through Connells and they were great! Lily handled our purchase and was more than happy to answer any question we sent with the highest level of professionalism. She reassured us multiple times (we had a house fall through at the last second prior to this purchase so we were very wary about the whole procedure again) and made sure everything was going to be ok!
