Would give no star if possible, worst experience ever with connells Stourbridge. They let a property without a carbon monoxide or a earth wire in the gas meter. After 4 weeks of lettings the property we started reporting damp. We left after 2 years of fighting connells and the landlord with help from the local council and the property was still riddled with damp. We even went onto BBC radio with the state of the property.
