We recently bought our new flat with Connells Redhill & I would 100% recommend them to any sellers or buyers. Very happy with both sales and purchase experience with Connells. Their communication was excellent throughout.
Would never use this estate agent again.Full of lies and don’t do what they are supposed to do,side with certain parties and then refuse to follow orders as advised by courts.Refused to list property even though it had to be sold ASAP.Would never recommend this estate agent to anyone.The manager Mark is useless and doesn’t return phone calls and makes up excuses not to do his work and then lies in letters,they shouldn’t be selling properties.Whenever you phone them they never pick up the phone.
We have recently July 2025 sold 2 properties through Connels of Redhill. I could not recommend Mark and his team highly enough. One of the properties was through probate after loosing our in-laws and the team were just fantastic with the support they gave us through this difficult time. Also the first house they sold had been on with many other local agents and hadn’t sold. Mark was up for the challenge and had it sold for us in no time with a brilliant first time buyer.
