Excellent service from Jessica Turp who kept me up to date on progress and next steps. She is quick to respond to queries and is generally personal which helps when going through the stressful process of selling your home.
I’m afraid very disappointing. From the first visit I asked for a sale board. Didn’t arrive. Rang office twice to request, still didn’t so gave up. Communication awful. Say they will ring back then never do. Didn’t inform me of key issues. Only as everything was collapsing did I start getting the kind of communication I had expected.
