After buying my first house with Connells Sutton Coldfield I was introduced to Jane at the Lichfield branch who has been so supportive throughout the whole experience making sure I know what I need to do and when. She explained every step of the way even helping to chase things up for me when I wasn't getting an answer from solicitors. Could not recommend Jane more she is just so kind, knowledgeable and friendly really helps calm a really stressful situation of house purchase! 10/10 service!
