Michaela Woolley and colleague went above and beyond to help me today in the Leighton buzzard office.
Unbelievably unprofessional and abusive. I simply asked for an update and was insulted, even called an escort — yes, you read that right. This so-called “agent” operates under the name Alin Lucachi (possibly using other names) and clearly has no understanding of customer service, let alone the property market. Their behavior is disgraceful, aggressive, and reeks of a scam. This will be reported to the Ombudsman!
I didn't use Connells in Leighton Buzzard for my sale but I bought my new property through them. Phil Appleby the manager and all the staff were very helpful and kept me updated through out the whole process unlike the estate agent I used in Hemel Hempstead to sell my own property. I would highly recommend Connells in Leighton buzzard to sell your property as I think you will be looked after and get a first class service.
