I have worked with this branch for a number of years now, in particular with Tracey, Ami and Bhavna. They are always well organised, friendly and professional to deal with and I can’t recommend them enough.
I have had the worst experience with these guys in Connell at Leicester. Very un professional staff, when you call they do not answer, when they answer they promise some one will call you back but no one does. This has been their attitude. Especially Ellis who had promised lofetly when it come to selling my property but when they had 3 months time they could not even get clients to come and view the property. Shocking experience from start to finish. We have recently sold a property with this shambolic agency. One viewings agent broke doors in our property and then lied about it. Another was shockingly rude. And they refused to give any updates on how the sale was progressing after a sale was agreed because we chose to use our own solicitor rather than theirs. I would not use connells ever again after buying 3 properties in the past going back from 2009 till 2012. Things are not the same anymore I took out a lifetime plan for mortgage adxmvice for £495 and a few years later I got fiber off about it. What a total rip off. Then just recently I used them to sell one of the houses I bought in the past and had a terrible experience.
