I have been looking to buy a house and visited a variety of estate agents in Kidderminster. Although I didn't buy my property via Connell's I found the sales advisor Kaitlin Hall to be extremely helpful. Very professional during the many viewings, knowledge about the property and some of the houses history.

gabriel was so lovely really interested about the family home and how we felt about our happy memories, no pressure on me' he did what he had to do to value the home and sat and took notes of everything that had be modernised and i felt so comfortable in a difficult time and a huge thank you to sasha who answered the questions i had with experience and understanding while gabriel was on leave both are a credit to looking after their clients

I cannot recommend Connells enough even though the property I brought was not through them in the end all of the Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I can not speak highly enough of Ehiya as a first time buyer I was not sure what really to expect but he was extremely helpful and patient taking me through the process throughout sorting the mortgage he kept me in lockstep making sure I was informed and going above an beyond in my opinion to help absolutely incredible service all round. I have recently moved into my new house having gone through Connells and am really grateful for all the hard work from the staff in ensuring that this all went smoothly. I received frequent contact from estate agent Frazer Webley who guided me through next steps for the process which as a first-time buyer I found really useful. thought it would be nice to share the service provided by Ehiya as our mortgage advisor.flawless and prompt service was incredible. times and occassions when in doubts and confusion drop a mail and he ll be in touch with a solution as soon as possible. would highly reccomend his as advisor.
