These are bad faith actors, I already regretfully entered into a contract with them, I guess my next year would probably be spent chasing citizens advice and the council. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and Ongoing Issues We had a very frustrating experience with the Connells Kettering branch (especially from Darragh, Tadas). Over the past six months, communication has been consistently poor, with numerous emails and enquiries left unanswered. We were repeatedly given empty promises that someone would get back to me – but follow-up rarely, if ever, happened. Darragh is very cool and an asset to Connells, you are very lucky to have him. I have really enjoyed our interactions during the rent to buy process, he treats you like a person rather than a transaction and he is really happy to answer questions and help. I’m really looking forward to moving to my new property.
Darragh was a friendly person who greeted us professionally and answered our questions as we viewed the property. He answered questions about the house, made no promises but twice agreed he would check a detail with the landlord. He explained the zero deposit scheme in an easy to understand way. Much appreciated
The experience that I had for the viewing recently was amazing, Darragh made sure we know everything about the apartment me and my partner we're viewing, gave helpful advice and also some quirky jokes which we really enjoyed, made it seem more real then over the top professionalism. Thanks again to Darragh for helping us out!
