Katy showed us around a property and I was so impressed by her indepth knowledge of the property. Without even asking Katy informed us of important facts such as the loft is fully boarded with a loft ladder, that the beds were King size beds, what year the extension was built, what year the boiler was installed etc. These are facts many estate agents never know the answer to and I feel they are very important when deciding on and comparing properties. They guided me through the process and introduced me to James, the mortgage advisor, who has made buying feel stress-free and reassured me that I’ve got a mortgage deal that suits me.
