I've never been more abused over the phone than working as IT support for Connells group, helping THIS branch with network issues. As I was talking another member of staff through troubleshooting steps to fix their issues on the phone, Paul Bonney (branch manager) was heard in the background shouting "get a proper job", "you're a *c word*" Etc.
