Dreadful estate agent Connells were by far the worst for customer satisfaction. If you want to be kept up to date then i suggest you avoid this estate agents! I recently bought a property through them and their speed at dealing and returning calls to me wasnt good. ( they are more interested in people selling than buying obviously-commission!! ) Their initial agent who came out to see me was always late even though their office was less than half a mile away from the property viewing.
