Recently contacted Connels in Great barr and spoke to one of the advisors named Madiha. She booked me in for a property i wanted to view and also gave me alot of information about Mortgage in principle, what steps to take and how to go about it. As a first time sole buyer, she really took her time and explained things to me properly. I am now booked in with a mortgage advisor and then booked in for a property viewing. Very helpful and efficient. Renting a property that is no longer local to you is always a challenge, especially when undergoing a full refurbishment.
