Purchased our first home through Connells. Everyone at the branch was very helpful. A big shout out to Isaac, who showed us around the property and was very knowledgeable, with no question being too much bother. Another big shoutout to Nicole who dealt with a lot of our queries over the phone in a timely manner. Thank you to all the team, not just those mentioned

Isaac / Connells were accommodating for viewings initially. Although, as time went on and it seemed managers come and go at the branch, I found myself alone in a purchasing process. No communication at all, let alone updates. Ultimately, my honest reflection is I didn’t feel like my custom was valued.
