Our recent experience with Connells was with a fabulous staff member - Lily Mcquiggan, Lily was so kind and courteous through all interactions which we had with her. And despite not having viewed the property with her she was very supportive in the overall negotiation and other interactions. Lily has an air of professionalism and care and was very engaged and understanding of some of the religious/faith requests with regards to the property move. Very disappointing, not a great company, they give you all the speel when you want to put your property up for sale, then they ignore all your emails, and requests for return calls. They do not keep in touch with progress on the viewing. In the end we terminated our contract with them
