Well I rang up to ask if they would value my flat please. The girl was lovely called Paige. Booked it in for 1pm Thursday . I then had a call from a person called JAMES who was extremely rude saying well you have had us out and you no how much so I will cancel. James head is far too big . Does he own Connels no proberly gone up the ladder and got above himself. Dont worry James I shall pick someone not has rude has you . If you talk to people like that your friends will be zero . Me and my partner got the keys to our new house (rental) yesterday!! Can I start by saying thankyou to both Jordan and Hannah for helping us through this process even though it has been a very challenging journey. We had some issues with ID due to my name change but after working through many options we got there. Any questions we have had they have answered and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. We genuinely canny Thankyou enough.

I have not finished the process yet but I k ow she will help me each step until completion as she has done so far with full professionalism as well as an extremly knowledgeable mind.
