STAY AWAY!! Absolutely dreadful! Sarah in the Longwell Green office is callous, pushy, rude, unhelpful! Fake apologies when concerns are expressed only to return to being rude within the next breath. Couldn’t ever get a call back. Never on the front foot to help us. All about trying to grab money. Torrid experience and will not use them again!
