Recently went to Connells Bletchley as a property I wanted to view was with them. I had to go through their Mortage advisor (Andrew) to get a viewing! Everything seemed to be going smoothly until another property popped up. This was also with another estate agent. Connells claimed it was already sold and would not submit an offer for me and my wife. Lettings team a waste of time emailed and called numerous times over the course of a week to try and arrange a viewing of a property never responded spoke to someone in the sales team who assured me they would get the to call back i'll not bother trying to use them again
