We had been looking for somewhere on the coast on and off for a while but finally decided to do something concrete about it by asking Rupert to help. He was very responsive and proactive right from the beginning and understood exactly what we were searching for - he tirelessly chased down leads until he found us an extraordinary secluded piece of land right on the coast. It wasn't for sale but his charm and diplomacy won out and we now have an amazing project to work on. We couldn't recommend Rupert more!

We started house hunting soon after deciding to move home from the US to the UK and quickly realised it wasn’t practical to do it without help. Rupert was great to work with throughout the process - proactive, always quick to respond, and good company.
