HORRIBLE experiences over and over and over! Since medical info is protected I'll just say I've dealt with my condition for 30 years. I see another commenter also experienced judgment of being mislabeled. It doesn't matter what patients attempt to accomplish: they end up ignored, judged and prescribed things that are unnecessary and/or dangerous. Start with scheduling, "Open Access" , horrible, keep telling me to call back tomorrow, we only do Open Access on certain days of the week. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary.
Recommendedusing (my chart) is a new way to keep up with your health.
Most definitely I recommend Confluence! I've always had first rate medical care there. Getting better is automatic! Great medical and support staff!
