I suffer daily with pain due to MS and Dr.jeffery Clarke is intentionally making me suffer in pain claiming that pain killers make pain worse. Seriously shouldn't I be the judge of that,it's my pain after all. Cyndi lamb
Quality of care has gone way down hill lately. I do not like this place at all.
The wait is always very long and the staff is never very friendly or helpful. Moses Lake isn't huge but to have only one doctor in the walk in clinic is a joke. This isn't the first time we've had problems here either my husband came in one time complaining of chest pains and they where going to make him wait two hours to see a doctor after taking almost an hour to figure out his insurance. It is unfortunate that confluence health is the only option in the wenatchee valley for health care. My experience last night was pathetic, i went in to the walk in clinic for vomiting and continued to do so for the hour i waited. Then the doctor and his cna wanted to know what kind of drugs i was doing and how much, several times they asked me the same questions.
