Best place to be at when you don't have your family near you at the moment
One day I'm the only one in your lobby, clearly bleeding waited for over 45 minutes.
If there were a way to give this place NO stars, i would have done so... If you're in chronic pain, do not expect any sympathy or medical care from this place. Instead, expect to be labeled a "drug abuser" if you need opiates for your pain. Worst experience of my life..
I just had my 2nd hip replacement surgery. Each person I had an encounter with was compationate, caring, skilled and very focused on patient care and comfort. I was on the 4th floor 8/23-8/24 room 4414. You guys made me comfortable post-op and when it was time to leave I got great home instructions. PT, OT, room service, surgical team, pre-op staff and recovery room staff all great. Very smooth stay. I'm thankful I only have 2 hips but the staff made the stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. Again, thank you.
