I went to the walk in today and although I expected a long wait, I did not expect the absolutely horrible snooty attitude from the receptionist at check in. She wasnt wearing a name badge or I would have gotten the name for reference but my god...if that's the way she treats people seeking medical care I would HATE to see the way the doctors treat people. I recently had surgery at Confluence Hospital (the old CWH) .. I couldn't have been happier with the care. From check-in to discharge every step was smooth and organized. If you are looking for an OBGYN I highly recommend Dr. Gatlin. He is patient but very aggressive with your care. He listens, offers advice and sets a plan. He makes phones calls well into the evening hours to let you know your test results are back. I could not be happier with him and his care team. I absolutely love the medical care my daughter has received by all the doctors she has seen. Doctors do care and have been in great communication with each other about our daughters health. Thank you Confluence!! Definitely happy about the care they’ve provided for our daughter.
lived here all my life and I will never use there doctors again . way of doing business. going back three times for a common. thing and it was so simple of a fix and one doc would count the number of people she saw that had insurance. They would even inform me while I was there What my insurance would cover and I thought this was bold of them I pay the bill on the insurance a didn't ask them to check. and weather the insurance or not if I need to fix I would figure it out.
My mother-in-law just spent about a week in the Central Washington Hospital. They were absolutely fantastic. So communicative with us on a daily basis. Nurses were helpful, prompt, cheerful. Great experience under not so great circumstances.
They are very slow at getting to a solution. I have been dealing with back pain for 10 months. Lots of tests no action. What are my options for help? I am in Ephrata
