The worst ER Visit since moving here Confluence Health. Recovering meds that burn if they are not administered with saline, first bag almost out inform the nursing staff approx 10 mins before bag is empty responding nurse says he’ll relay it to my nurse, bag now empty I call for a nurse again same nurse responds and as he’s walking up to me tells a nurse in another room oh yeah this one needs another bag of saline and she then responds that she can take care of that in a minu... How dehumanizing they are to people makes me wonder if the clinics in Wenatchee are owned by scientologists. They are corrupt and make multiple visits out of something that should take only one. if you are dying, have cancer, have chronic pain, or emotional distress don't come here cuz THEY will be the cause of further emotional distress. They also lie about results. if your cancer shows up they won't even tell you and make appt out months away while you are DYING. Corrupt individuals who will be brought down very soon.
Truly fantastic and awesome medical facility for all types of care and emergencies and health and emotional and physical elements wherever needed. Highly highly highly recommended by me and I am going to go as far as saying throughout the WENATCHEE VALLE! Thank you to all of our doctors and nurses and anyone in the medical field on the front lines right now protecting and caring for all of us during this time. We will make it through and we will be better than ever.
I have had a few family members that were really ill. Not once did I question every ounce of care they received. I also am a Nurse for Confluence and as an employee I feel they treat every employee amazing. We as Care Providers do our jobs because thats what our passion is!
I went to the walk in clinic today. My nurse and doctor were so amazing and friendly and very caring. I’ll post their names once I check my paperwork so they can get credit for their amazing service.
If it was just one receptionist or nurse or just one time I wouldn't make this post bexause I know everyone has an off day now and then. Repeatedly, when I go to make appointments for my family, the receptions and nurses get snotty and tell me that my doctor won't do what I'm asking (despite history of her doing exactly what I'm asking, such as combining my kids appointments) or do a physical exam to verify physical health before a surgery.
