Had my first appointment here as an emergency. Got infected wisdom teeth which I didn't realise I had and the dentist, Zars was informative, polite, gentle, and reassuring. I was seen on time and given all the reassurance and advice. Whilst im still in pain, my circumstances are complex and she was very attentive to my pain but knowing why makes it easier for me to manage. Very bad experience with this dentist. Went there in pain I’ve had lots of problems with my gums in the past and had now decided to have dentures. Well he blatantly said to me he won’t take my teeth out then folded his arms in stubbornness, how professional. was willing to pay whatever it cost. No compassion whatsoever
I recently visited Confidential Care, and while the reception staff were polite and welcoming, my experience with the dentist was deeply unsatisfactory. After waiting 40 minutes, I was finally seen by the dentist, only to feel completely disregarded. The dentist appeared unprofessional, discourteous, and dismissive, offering no solutions or treatment for my dental pain. If I could give no stars I would. Awful experience on both occasions. Terrible customer care, rude dentist, appointment lasted 5 min if that! After waiting 25 min. I sent a complaint email to which I’ve never received a reply. Do not take your kids here. I’ve since registered with another local dentist and the service and care is outstanding. Do yourself a favour and don’t even register.
Dentist only likes customers that are not on the nhs one knowing your an nhs patient will sit and constantly talk about money rather than treatment you actually need very bizarre go somewhere else very unprofessional
