If I could give 0 stars, I would! Extremely disappointed in the care an elderly family member of mine received this past week!! The nurses on the 5th floor of the Good Samaritan building at Memorial Medical are absolutely horrible! Tuesday night (Election night) they completely ignored the patients the entire night! I am so incredibly disgusted! My relative rang his bell multiple times and when he did finally get a nurse, she turned his TV on and didn't even look at him while she was in there! Worst experience ever at a health care facility ever!!!! No one keeps you informed of what's going on. Waited 8 hours for a surgery and no explanations whatsoever and no one would update what was going on, had to keep asking for updates and find someone to ask. Felt like we were invisible. Took an hour once sent to room before anyone even acknowledged you even arrived. Told to arrive at one time day before and then got a call to arrive 5 hours earlier and for what. Excellent service. From the time I entered. It has been great. Great staff and nurses. Awesome surgeon in Jacob Bundy. Very informative and attentive to my questions. Great guy too.
My father was flown to this facility yesterday after he fell greater than 10ft from a ladder. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. My father is under constant observation by one person per shift change and so far he should pull through.
Conemaugh you should be ashamed of your hospital. The waiting room is on 11-3-2016 looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in i dont know how long!!!!! CLEAN IT!!!!!!
Worst hospital in the tri state. I am not sure who gives this hospital these awards but they might as well flush them down the toilet.
I had an appointment for 7:45 for an EEG. I finally went back at 9:20. I understand they were implementing a new computer system but it should have been done at night so that the flaws could've been fixed before their busiest time.
