Verified Renter Walls are thin but staff is helpful and welcoming, neighborhood is safe and accessible, and building is very clean. I hate that I have to pay for parking and an amenity fee but both are very clean.

Verified Renter The Concord is a beautiful building with great amenities. It is the cleanest building I have ever lived. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement are the apartments are a little dated and the walls are extremely thin. Otherwise a wonderful place to live.
