Verified Renter Living here is great, we love the city and we also like being able to walk to the metro. Traffic in front of the building is getting a little out of hand. Also there are a few pets relieving themselves right in front of the building other than that everything else is going well
Verified Renter I've been living in this apartment for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a fantastic experience! The overall quality of the apartment is impressive, with spacious rooms and a well-maintained environment.
Verified Renter Wonderful apartments, events, and staff. I'm really enjoying the guided fitness classes. I only wish there was a way to trash items slightly larger than the chute. There are only dumpsters for recycling. It's not easy to get to a trash site when I don't have a car.

Verified Renter Everything is maintained perfectly.. The view in the terrace is astonishing.. Whenever some guests visits our house the first thing they would praise about is, is the house.. The staffs are very very friendly, and if any repairs happen it will be resolved very quickly..

Verified Renter Good location and nice apartments for what you’re paying. Biggest downfall is the loud HVAC and the noise outside, which is expected when you live in the city, but you may find yourself with someone screaming outside regularly. Overall great if you aren’t sensitive to noise and can deal with the typical city noise.
