Verified Renter Love calling Concord my home. The location, staff, amenities and service. Everything. My only concern is with the rent increase each time I have to renew my lease. It deters renters from establishing stability. It would be good if the leasing staff came up with better/more cost effective lease renewals. That is if they truly believe in building a consistent and stable community, like they claim.

Verified Renter I really like living here. The staff is great and I love the amenities, especially having an indoor pool and fitness classes. The location is also great, it's easy to get anywhere.

Verified Renter An initial review as we have recently moved into Concord Crystal City. The move-in process was smooth, the leasing office and reception teams have both been great. Amenities are what we were sold on and they are living up to it.

Verified Renter Great location. Good apartment. The staff is awesome. Parking is a downfall because it is shared with the public. Most importantly, I just really wish the rent would not increase every year :(.
