Verified Renter Everything has been great in the last 5 months. Love how the walls and ceilings are sound proof. Wish the community/workout calendar is integrated in their Ivy Rewards app or somewhere online instead of just a printed copy at the elevators and front desk. With summer coming, the trash chutes are starting to stink up the surrounding area…

The units are well-maintained and come with great amenities that I regularly use, including the pool, sauna, and fitness center.
