Verified Renter Everything has been great in the last 5 months. Love how the walls and ceilings are sound proof. Wish the community/workout calendar is integrated in their Ivy Rewards app or somewhere online instead of just a printed copy at the elevators and front desk. With summer coming, the trash chutes are starting to stink up the surrounding area…

The units are well-maintained and come with great amenities that I regularly use, including the pool, sauna, and fitness center. They also host a variety of monthly community events, which add a nice touch. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, making it an even better living experience.

Verified Renter Overall good experience. The HVAC is noisy, the walls are thin, you’ll hear typical city noises, but as far as apartments go, it’s good. We’re moving because the increase in rent/larger apartments are too expensive for what you get.
