Verified Renter Overall good experience. The HVAC is noisy, the walls are thin, you’ll hear typical city noises, but as far as apartments go, it’s good. We’re moving because the increase in rent/larger apartments are too expensive for what you get.

Verified Renter We just moved in, but were very pleased with the level of service from the Concord Crystal City staff. The team is attentive and obviously very well trained! The community seems to have lovely residents and is very quiet throughout the day. Amenities are a nice plus, and the location can't be beat! Thank you for a wonderful move-in experience.

I love the convenient location and access to the airport and nearby shops. Our apartment is spacious and well-designed. The on-site amenities like the pool and gym are great, including the massage room ( my favorite). We appreciate the community events that the property management organizes, and we feel very safe walking around the neighborhood at night.
