8 months out of 2018 I had to deal with mice in TWO DIFFERENT APARTMENTS! They transferred me to a different apartment on the opposite side of the community bc they couldn't get rid of the mice (yes, multiple) from my first apt. And you'll never believe that there was a mouse issue in the new apt too! They tried to tell me I was the only resident who had a mouse issue. They lied. I spoke with multiple residents and a maintenance man that all confirmed I was NOT the only resident with a mouse issue. They refused to let me bre... read more
Tom & I moved here from NY in August. We love our apartment, the management is great, it's very quiet & the neighbors that we've met so far seem very nice.
The apartment is spacious, which is great. But the complex does not make repairs within a reasonable time, as stated per the lease. We have had an issue for over a month that is still not resolved.
Chris, Bob and the rest of the staff are truly great to know personally and as one of their long time vendors for many years, all of us at Universal Cleaning love working with them. Their care and service for their tenants is evident in everything they do. Recently, a resident was ill, he had lived there for over 10 years, and Chris called us about having the apartment cleaned for him before he returned from the hospital as a get well present.
