Concept2 ist ein ideales Gerät um sich zuhause fit zu halten.
Impact free...but as intense as you wish. It does have a tendency to encourage "getting better." As an octogenerian, I can't imagine a better way to stay (or get) fit. Also, the machine itself is virtually trouble free. (It is still in better shape thanI am <G>!)
I'm 54 years old and I've been training on the Concept 2 for approximately 4 weeks. I've improved my time quite quickly and I'm 3 1/2 seconds off the world record for the 100 metre for my age category. I'm putting a training group together for fun competition. It's an incredible workout.
My Concept2 rower arrived yesterday so forgive my eagerness to give my opinion but it was love at first sight. I've had previous experience of using these at gyms on and off for the last 10years and to finally have my own is like all my Birthdays and Christmas rolled up into one. Extremely happy with the purchase!!!
