Just want to say thanks to Greg Hammond for all his help this morning with my skierg floor stand issue today. He went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. So glad a purchased from concept 2 directly. You guys are awesome.
The Concept2 rower is the absolute best piece of equipment that I've ever purchased. I rebuilt a Model B last year, and the sales and customer support at Concept 2 were incredibly helpful. I purchased a Model D earlier this year for my facility, and, it too, is an amazing asset to my gym. The online logbook and the individual and team challenges serve as great motivators as well valuable tools to track your progress.
This is a highly informative page and I CAN'T believe that they have a page just for my favourite model. But yes, I am after something and not to sell. Could I get what seems like a great community to leave their views/comments of the fantastic Concept2 on the post? Read the post on the right of the main page with the link in the first comment. My goodness I look fwd so much to keeping up to date with all things Concept 2 wooooo :)
Just started rowing using a Concept2 indoor rowing machine at my gym and am loving it! I've been using the resources on their website to teach myself technique and learn workouts. I recommend it for any beginning rower!
