I had never used a rower before but when I got on the Concept 2 the turn of the year I couldn't get off it.It provides such an incredible low impact full body workout that I set my goal right off the bat for a Million meters and achieved that in 75 days.Lost 19pds in the process plus gained strength all over.I would recommend this rower to anyone at any age who wants positive change in their lives!
The best piece of workout equipment I have ever used. I am happy every time I use this rower. The only complaint* is that the foot stretchers (I think they are called) are too large for me; I wear a child's size 2 shoe...I am not sure if there are optional smaller sizes....but my heels do not stay in & the straps cut across the wrong location on my feet.
