I have owned a Model D rowing machine for about four years. Due to my circumstances only a few of those years saw it being used daily but I am back on track with it and it is still in perfect condition.
Awesome customer service. I have always loved their product, but since owning three rowers for the place where I work I have had to get replacement parts. They have gone above and beyond to help get my old rowers back up and running quickly.
Great workouts, no issues after 8 years of use and great support in case of questions
