The worst customer service for an equipment company. We have had our rower for 2 years, now the device that houses the recording and the erg output isn't working. Called customer service, they said it was the battery. Change the battery, there was corrosion on the circuit board. CS said to clean it with peroxide, we did that. Still doesn't work. We spent $2000 for this machine and they don back up their product for 125$ part. I would not buy one.
