Great machine, great customer support. I had a problem with my computer, sent pictures of the error codes. They overnighted a new computer and gave me a label to return the problem computer. That is great. In the time it would take me to go to a gym and back, I can get my workout in. I oil the chain as recommended, clean the rail everything is smooth as I close in on my first million meters! Owning a concept 2 has been good for my health and saves me time!

I love my rower so far. I've put about 419K meters on it so far and not a single problem with it. It's built well and and will last me a long time. Only thing I'd like to see is the ability to export my workouts from Ergdata to Jefit and/or My Fitness Pal. If you are interested in rowing I would highly recommend the Concept 2.

I have been using a Concept 2 for many years. The workout is fun and it is addicting. I have logged nearly 7 million lifetime meters. The company and the rowing community are what keeps me motivated. I have owned several rowers and every one always worked perfectly. I only sold my first one after an injury. However I have since recovered and am now back into rowing. This rower is a commercial grade (in fact I tried it the first time in a gym) at a home equipment price.

I have been using Concept 2 at the box for years, the equipment is top notch! Just purchased a rower for my home and had a slight issue putting it together. Called and spoke with Will Spalding in customer service. So friendly and helpful! Customer service gets 5 stars.
