Also, have to give it full marks. Will be 70 next week but have done well over 60.000.000m. in some 16 years on the Rower and a couple of months now on the bike and Ski Erg. Indeed addictive and it is quite amazing that after all those years. What else can I say? Well, of course, the fact that you really can compare your performance with others. Rankings and results are a great motivation. Can advise everybody to use these torture machines!

I recently bought a used model d4 from a friend who had used it to the 12 million mark...it is in great condition as he really took care of it.. The bulk of my first 2 million meters occured on the ymca ergs in charleston.
