Former rower, got me a Concept II many moons ago (10 - 15 yrs) --- used it a bit, then got lazy --- recently got a diagnosis that diet and exercise were the cure, lucky me! --- just dusted off the old erg, took about 50 strokes, freaked out the cats, but the rower purrs like a kitten - Thank you for such a fabulous product - but alas, I have no excuses!
