I love my C2 ERG, Oars, and especially the new LOG BOOK. Holy cow is that nice. I recall years ago being reluctant to give up my pen and paper log pages. Who could guess how great the new info log would be. Great motivation information and a fun pat on the back looking at what I have done.
Just received my Black Model D today, setup was so simple and quick. Did a quick test run and man do I love this machine. My purchase experience was all online/email and was excellent, Tracy at customer service offered a military discount - which covered most of the shipping costs :) , shipping was blistering quick via the military/US Postal System and survived the various handling gorilla's with flying colors. So for first impressions I will grant well deserved high marks. Now to abuse myself in the proper way! :) Cheers!
Amazing machine for mind, body & strength. The best of all into one machine.
Great product; great support documentation on web site! However, I cannot understand why Concept2 charges their New Zealand customers 44% more for the same Concept2 D rower compared with the Australian custonmers 'next door'. Sorry, that is pretty poor! Also, when mailing the same question their support as well as their marketing teams I got no reply - that is pretty poor too! Sad to see them not measuring up to the quality of their products!
