Great customer service and will 100% buy from them again. My dog chewed one of the foot straps on our 1 month old rower. Disgruntled, I called Concept2 to purchase a replacement strap. The gentleman I spoke with not only made me laugh, but made my day by shipping out the replacement strap free of charge. I highly recommend this company and am extremely satisfied with their customer service. Keep up the great work guys!

I purchased my Concept2 Model D after reading all the raving reviews. 8 workouts later and 75KM already logged, this wonderful piece of gym equipment hasn't let me down. Being a new rower, I didn't know what to expect. But there is something to be said about having all the major muscle groups be sore (but not debilitating) and not one bit of joint pain after a really good workout. This is the real deal! Best money I have spent in a very long while!
A great way to exercise. Very tough but great. I have the model D. Would not trade this for anything.
