I have been rowing on a concept 2 D at the gym. I have been going every other day. I fell in love with rowing because of its good cardio training. I wanted to buy a rower so I could row at home on my off day of gym exercising. I looked on Craigs list and found one for $775. It's a 2005 that was like brand new condition. I am so happy with it,and It is so smooth. The rower I am used to from the gym is probably 20 or 25 years old and still rowing. Row on fellow rowers!!
Buying a concept 2 rower is probably the best investment i ever made :)
Just about to break 6 million meters since May 2013. Only service was to keep track and rollers clean and oiled the chain every 6 months or so. A quality piece of equipment! I have been designing machines for 30 years and will attest that the C2 rower is top notch. Now need to shave 5 seconds off my 2k time and go sub 7!
