Disappointing experience. After initial chat with the shop owner outlining our needs, the quote came significantly higher than expected. In addition, was quoted nearly £500 for lifting up the old carpets and removal. Cost of carpet with felt underlay was in £700, fitting and disposal of the old one additional £1,200 on top. Went to shop twice to have a follow up chat but the owner was not around to see us and never returned the phone call that was promised. Keen prices and professional fitting. Really happy with the quality of the flooring and the fitting. I had Amtico throughout my house and 2 years later it still looks good as new.
Such good service and a nice environment compared to the big national competitors. Been using Concept for many years, always excellent.
