Extremely disappointed. Called them twice. Never received the called. Sent a form but no response to that as well. Same with my wife.
I would literally give them minus if I could. Had my home compulsory purchased by the council... Concentric never released my deposit despite stating in an email I'd get at least half back. The other half was so they could "Prepare the property for the next tenant." … The house is to be demolished. This was 4 months ago. I'm homeless but so long as Sharmaine gets to pretend electric fires that plug in needed a professional to 'install' it... THATS WHAT COUNTS AY!
